I can’t recommend Adriana highly enough. She has changed my life: I was desperate that I wasn’t going to recover from a very bad re-occurring pelvic misalignment and had almost given up hope. From the start, she paid close attention to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained the underlying causes of my pain in a way that was easy to understand. She also outlined a clear plan to address it. When I first started seeing Adriana, I was struggling with significant pain in my back, neck, and shoulders. Remarkably, I began noticing improvement after about three sessions. Now, I’m pain-free, regularly practicing the exercises she recommended, and continuing to make progress. Adriana’s holistic approach really sets her apart—she even identified an issue with my squats that could have caused more pain down the line, and she guided me on how to correct it. At first, I was apprehensive because I had seen videos of chiropractors using forceful methods that seemed uncomfortable. Been to see Adriana a few times now as she was highly recommended by a friend. I can honestly say that I have never slept as well since receiving treatment and my weekly gym work outs are on another level since seeing her as my flexibility and reach has improved remarkably.
